FOOD ORDER ERRORS*

If you receive meals that are different from your receipt, we sincerely apologize. Please call us as soon as you notice an error in your order. We will provide detailed instructions regarding the original meal and how you may pick up the correct meal. Your order will be a priority. In all cases, please return the food order in the original container(s)*.

FOOD DISSATISFACTION*
​
We cook our meals fresh to order with only the finest and freshest ingredients. We take great care and pride in all of the meals we make and provide.
​
Please review all ingredients listed for each meal before placing your order as not to order items that you may dislike due to the ingredients.
​
However, please call us immediately if you receive unsatisfactory meals. We will need the food returned in the original container(s)* so that we may investigate the issue.

We will prepare you a new meal; if you do not wish to receive a new meal, you will receive a store credit only after we receive the food in the original container(s)* and have confirmed the error to the discretion of the manager on duty.

Sorry, we cannot cancel, refund, or give store credit if you change your mind or mistakenly order an item. If you need any meals changed, you will need to contact us before Thursday at 5:00 pm CST.

HOLIDAY MEAL CANCEL ORDER

Sorry, we cannot cancel, refund, or give store credit if you change your mind or mistakenly order an item. If you need any meals changed, you will need to contact us before November 19, 2022, at 12:00 pm CST for November Holiday Meals, December 17, 2022, at 12:00 pm CST for December Holiday Meals, and December 28, 2022, at 5:00 pm CST for New Year's Holiday Meals.

COMPLIMENTARY FOOD

Sorry, we cannot provide a refund or cash value on any complimentary food.

As a private business, it is our right to deny or refuse service to any customer for any reason. If a customer abuses any of the Return & Refund Policy, we, unfortunately, will not be able to conduct future business with the customer so that we may continue to provide quality meals and service for you and our other wonderful and frequent patrons.

PACKAGED ITEMS

We strive to prepare and package our pick-up items to preserve the high quality of our meals. Keep in mind the temperature, sauce, and consistency of some items may vary slightly after being packaged.

*If the meal is consumed or removed, we cannot issue any discount, refund, or store credit. If the meal has been discarded, repackaged, or tampered with, then we cannot verify its origin or issue and cannot issue any discount, refund, or store credit.
